Ordering from buds&bowers website is secure and quick. buds&bowers has been expertly delivering beautiful flowers and gifts for over 10 years. Our own drivers as well as preferred reliable courier services guarantee safe and prompt delivery of our flowers and gifts.

What are buds&bowers normal delivery days and times?
Normal delivery hours for buds&bowers are between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday and 9am to 12noon Saturday. Deliveries outside these times may be available on request.

Public Holidays deliveries

We do not ussually deliver on all public holidays. Please call us in advance to see if we can fulfill orders on public holidays, as we would need to organise driver and florist.

What areas do buds&bowers deliver to?
buds&bowers has a network of affiliates around the world and can deliver to almost anywhere in the world. Please note that products, packaging and or containers may vary in some interstate and or regional areas.  For interstate orders please call and speak to one of our friendly staff on (+61 2)02 9361 4015.

Can I order items online for delivery outside of Australia?
We do offer delivery outside of Australia. If you wish to place an order for delivery of an item outside of Australia, please call to speak to one our friendly staff members on (+61 2)9361 4015 or email us at info@budsandbowers.com and we will gladly assist you.

What is the deadline for placing an order online to guarantee same-day delivery?
Orders must be placed by 12pm (AEST) Monday - Friday and by 12pm (AEST) Saturday to guarantee same day delivery.  If you specify a delivery date on a Sunday buds&bowers deliver your gift on the next business day. buds&bowers is closed on Sundays and public holidays. ALL orders placed after 12pm on Saturday and at any time of day on Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning unless special arrangements have been made. Any specific information about your delivery will be forwarded to you at that time. 

Can you guarantee a specific time for a delivery? 
buds&bowers cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfill your request. All orders to businesses will be delivered by close of business given that correct delivery details have been supplied.

Do you ring the recipient prior to delivery?
Depending on location address, if its a secure apartment block or a gated home we will need to contact the recipient prior to delivery. You can also request us to call the recipient prior to delivery by putting a note in the "special instructions" field on the order page. Please note, that all deliveries to hospitals are confirmed prior to delivery. 

What happens if the recipient is not at home?
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made the gift will be left at the recipients front or back door, if requested to do so by the sender; or if our experienced couriers deem it safe to do so. Otherwise, a calling card will be left on recipient's door or in their letterbox asking them to call us to arrange a suitable for re-delivery. Additional charges may apply. 

What happens if the delivery details supplied are incorrect? 
Firstly, buds&bowers will attempt to find the correct address. If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect, then if the flowers are recovered, buds&bowers will contact the customer and additional charges may apply for re-delivery. However, if the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address and are not recovered, buds&bowers cannot accept any responsibility for such loss. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of ordering. 

What happens if I did not receive any confirmation or receipt emails for my order?
If an order has been placed and it has failed during the shopping process, one of the staff members at buds&bowers will contact you on the contact number provided to rectify the issue.

What happens if I change my mind or would like to cancel the order?
You can only change the order or delivery address if 24 hour notice is given to buds&bowers and the gift has not been processed. In order to change the order, delivery address or cancel the order you will need to contact buds&bowers (+61 2)9361 4015. Additional charges may apply.

What is the currency of the prices shown?
All prices on the buds&bowers website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
