NEW - Sauvignon Blanc - Philip Shaw

No19 is named in loving memory of Albert; a fellow winemaker and close friend of Philips, who had a strong affinity for Sauvignon Blanc.  The Number 19 is a reference to Alberts's birthday.

Growing Season 2023: 

Cool is king for making great Sauvignon Blanc, with a splash of rain thrown in giving it the potential to reach lofty heights. We really had it all in 2023. The slow ripening of the season gave expressive flavours 

A perfect addition to any floral gift.
